Dear INTTRA Customer,
Please allow me a few minutes of your time to introduce myself and share some exciting news with you. On October 22nd, we announced that INTTRA had agreed to be acquired by E2open. Today, I am pleased to tell you that regulatory approval has been granted and the deal has been completed.

Powered by the world’s largest direct business network and a broad portfolio of intelligent applications, E2open helps over 250 companies better manage their supply chain operations. E2open has over 1600 employees and is headquartered in Austin, TX with offices around the world.

The combination of the largest ocean shipping network with the largest Manufacturer (BCO) supply chain network will bring many powerful benefits including:

Real-time end-to-end visibility with the ability to monitor and react to changing global needs.
More efficient ocean shipping with the integration of procurement, manufacturing and distribution.
Better logistics capacity utilization with enhanced visibility into manufacturing forecasts and future shipping needs.
E2open is committed to the concept of platform neutrality for INTTRA and will work very hard to maintain this critical element of the platform’s success.

INTTRA will operate as a stand-alone business unit within E2open “INTTRA by E2open”. John Fay, INTTRA’s CEO, will be leaving the organization after a transition period and will be replaced by Santosh Nanda, SVP & General Manager of INTTRA. Prior to this role, Santosh spent 3 years as E2open’s SVP, Product Development, and prior to that 19 years at Sabre – an integral partner to the Airline community. You should not experience any significant changes in the way you work with INTTRA.

Over the coming weeks you should look out for engagement opportunities and we do hope you engage with us as we are very interested in your continued feedback. We plan to invest in the great platform that was built over the past 18 years, we need your help in exactly what investments to make.

We’re very excited about INTTRA joining E2open and look forward to meeting you. This combination will allow us to address many of the longstanding challenges in the container freight industry and deliver significantly more value to you through the combined portfolio of solutions as well as joint innovations in the future.
